I was asked to create some costume accessories and props for an creative shoot depicting modern versions of ancient Greek and Roman Gods and Godddesses. For Apollo I created a collar made by manipulating the the pages of a book. I also made some arrows from wood and pheasant feathers.
For Safia Minney's book 'Naked Fashion - The New Sustainable Fashion Revolution' I created costume accessories using materials which were fair trade, vintage and from the forest floor. I used twigs, flowers, fair trade wool, antique ribbon, recycled paper, tree bark and up-cycled jewellery.
The title of the editorial was 'Forest and Fauna' and shot on location in Epping Forest. The photography is by Jon Rose and Andie Redman, and the styling was also by Andie Reman.
