Masks for Seedlip

CostumeClea BroadComment

Seedlip, the producers of premium distilled non alcoholic drinks, is a brand I have worked with on other creative projects. This latest project has been to design and make fox and hare masks, using their brand colours, copper wire (to represent the copper foiling on their packaging) and natural materials, to reflect the brand's roots.

Emma's bridal headband

I worked with bride Emma to create a bespoke antique blush pink hydrangea headband to wear with her veil, based on one of my headpieces she had bought from the bridal boutique The Wedding Club. She wanted the same flowers, but a larger and fuller design for a bigger impact. Ultimately she decided to return to the original headband as the proportions worked better with her dress and hairstyle.

Seedlip at All Bar One

Styling, PropsClea BroadComment

For the launch of their drinks menu at All Bar One, Seedlip asked me to style a large glass cabinet at the Leicester Square flagship bar. My brief was to display the drinks bottles in a way that was sympathetic to the brand. I used faux grass, succulents and moss to line the shelves, transforming the cold clinical glass into a woodland scene. I sprayed tools copper , and I stencilled the Seedlip logo onto wooden display crates in a dark green, both colours to match the Seedlip branding. Other details included the use of green pea pods and dried orange slices, a nod to the ingredients in the drinks. I also used faux air plants on a curtain of fairy lights as an eye-catching backdrop to the scene.
