Clea Broad Floral Fashion SS16 headbands in Fortnum & Mason

I have been invited to participate in a lovely event at Fortnum & Mason called 'Celebrate the Season'. Some of my Floral Fashion SS16 collection is stocked in their millinery department and so it will be a welcome opportunity for me to meet new and existing clients.

I will also be doing a live floristry demonstration throughout the event, creating fresh floral headbands, crowns and headpieces. You will get a chance to pick up some tips about how to make your own fresh floral fashion and try on some of my creations.

I am lucky enough  to be using flowers and foliage from The Real Flower Company. Their flowers are a delight to work with and like Fortnum's they feel quintessentially English so are perfect for this event. The David Austin roses they grow are deliciously scented and have the beautiful quality of of having just been picked from the garden. I grow David Austin roses in my own garden because I love them so much.  I definitely recommend having a look at The Real Flower Company website to see their fabulous bouquets, gifts and arrangements or visit their stand if you're lucky enough to be going to Chelsea Flower Show this year.

Please do come by and say hello if you can make it to Fortnum & Mason on the 18th of May, but if not I will post lots of lovey pictures on my Instagram feed and will write a blog post so you can see all the floral fun that was had.
